Upgrade/spillover ft

Zehua Xu requested to merge upgrade/SpilloverFT into upgrade/master

The probability of a spillover cluster per SiPM at SciFi is stored in an XML vector currently utilized in lhcb/Boole!577. This vector is configurable and can be adjusted to match the thresholds employed during data collection. Additionally, the scale factor needs to be tuned to align with the real pile-up in the data.
