Upgrade/spillover ft

Zehua Xu requested to merge upgrade/SpilloverFT into upgrade/master

The probability of a spillover cluster per SiPM at SciFi is stored in an XML vector currently utilized in lhcb/Boole!577 (merged). This vector is configurable and can be adjusted to match the thresholds employed during data collection. Additionally, the scale factor needs to be tuned to align with the real pile-up in the data.
