Alignment model: 2022 latest alignment (module v3 + mat v3)
Readout link: Excluded links compatible with the commissioning in 2022 (3 excluded links)
Mat contraction: no mat contraction, "warm" environment in 2022 commissioning
Attenuation model: default one, maybe need further study in future
Delete duplicate files
