Alignment model: 2023 latest alignment (module v8 + mat v4)
Readout link: Excluded links compatible with the commissioning in 2023 (2 excluded links)
Mat contraction: no mat contraction, for "warm" environment in 2022 commissioning (mat contraction alignment is not ready)
Attenuation model: the default one, maybe need further study in future
Delete duplicate files
