Specify LCG Version for Throughput slot in UpgradeTests.py

Hi @clemenci thanks a lot for fixing my faulty configuration! :)

Just a quick question, what exactly does it mean to disable LCG.

Additionally, I saw that the other slots normally specify LCG version to be 94. Do we need this as well? If not this MR can just be closed.

@chasse can you change HEAD to master? I think it is better to have this slot based on the master branch, otherwise one fights too much with merge conflicts from incoming merge requests.

Done, sorry I had assumed non-WIP MRs were being picked up for the configuration...

Apparently not in this project, noticed this is also only on Friday.
