Specify LCG Version for Throughput slot in UpgradeTests.py

Hi @clemenci thanks a lot for fixing my faulty configuration! :)

Just a quick question, what exactly does it mean to disable LCG.

Additionally, I saw that the other slots normally specify LCG version to be 94. Do we need this as well? If not this MR can just be closed.
