Fixing paths in PrCheckerSummaryHandler for legacy and fastest jobs

Fixing paths due to change in the internal structure of output ROOT files following lhcb/LHCb!3872 (merged)

This fix makes legacy and fastest reconstruction jobs working again, unfortunately paths for baseline are different. But we need to get fastest jobs running again as soon as possible.
