Make sure that the current project is first in the key path variables

When building LHCb with lhcb/LHCb!2931 (merged) Gaudi ended up before LHCb in *PATH environment variables.

Although not too much of a problem, it prevents libraries in LHCb to override libraries with the same name in Gaudi.
