Changes needed to build and test projects with new CMake configuration style.

To actually be able to build projects with new configuration style we also need:

LbDevTools!93 (merged)
nightlies-jenkins-scripts!30 (merged) and either deployment of https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-core/lcg-toolchains/ or that they are checkout out in the slot.
