Add missing variable to ntuples for b2dkpi (supersedes MR !590 and !906)

Supersedes !590 (merged) and !906 (merged) Please delete the ntuples after the new merge request is finished.

Updated Analysis Production for the analysis B+ -> D- K+ pi+ adding missing variables. The Production includes two options files, one for the MC and one for the data from Run 1 and Run 2. The MC part includes the signal and 8 background channels (B2DKpiB2, Dpipi, B2DstrKpi, B2Dstrpipi, B2DsKpi, B02Dpipipi, B02DKpipi, B02Dpi, B02DK).
