Bd2RhoKst analysis, add new PHSP samples (supersedes !441)

This production generates tuples for the MC sample of the following event type, for years 11-18 and both polarities,

  • 11104091: B^0 \to K^+ \pi^- \pi^+ \pi^-

This is needed as part of the ongoing B^0 \to \rho(770)^0 K^*(892)^0 analysis for the amplitude analysis.

These samples are stripping filtered and replace an earlier set of samples (full DST 11-18) produced in !441 (merged). These have been archived and can be removed following completion of this production.
