Add tuples for phase space MC sample for Bd2RhoKst analysis

This production generates tuples for the MC sample of the following event type, for years 11-18 and both polarities,

  • 11104091: B^0 \to K^+ \pi^- \pi^+ \pi^-

This sample is a flat phase space in the analysis region for B^0 \to \rho^0 K^{*0}.
