Add tuples for phase space MC sample for Bd2RhoKst analysis

This production generates tuples for the MC sample of the following event type, for years 11-18 and both polarities,

• 11104091:
  $B^0 \to K^+ \pi^- \pi^+ \pi^-$

This sample is a flat phase space in the analysis region for

$B^0 \to \rho^0 K^{*0}$

.

Version v0r0p5239196 of this Analysis Production has been deployed to LHCbDIRAC.

A new JIRA task, WGP-436, has been created to track the production.

Progress can be monitored in the LHCb DIRAC portal.

Hello @zewen, this seems to have been accepted in record time. Was there even a look / review at all? For example I see at least a log file Bd2RhoKst/testing/output_xingyu.log from looking a few seconds at this MR, which cannot be correct.
