This AP will run over all of the SMOG2 commissioning data we have collected so far, including over the data from Hydrogen, Helium, Neon and Argon injections. Separate jobs are defined within the AP for running over the full, calibration, turbo and minimum bias lines, which we previously submitted as separate APs. This AP essentially combines our previous 4 APs into a single AP and also processes all of the data with new gas species (Hydrogen, Helium, and Neon).
This AP supersedes our initial commissioning APs (!1219 (merged), !1198 (merged), !1217 (merged), !1225 (merged)).
The superseded ntuples can be deleted immediately.
