B2Dpipi for b-tracking

2024 data for control channel (B2Dpipi) of B2taunu analyses using heavy flavour tracking, see lhcb/Moore!1514 (merged) for HLT2 and lhcb/Moore!2928 (merged) for Sprucing.

Needs a workaround with partial rerunning of selection on persistreco, due to bug introduced by lhcb/Moore!3122 (merged)
