SL: sprucing lines for b2taunu using heavy flavour tracking
Sprucing lines for !1514 (merged). These are (HLT2) b2taunu lines in FULL stream (semileptonic wg) that run additional reconstruction conditional on (part of) the trigger line. Output needs to be persisted during Sprucing. Signal sprucing line has reduced persistreco (particles in cone for charged + neutral isolation).
Needs Rec!3742 (merged) and lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!390 (closed)
Also improves the efficiency of the HLT2 line a bit by requiring the corrected mass calculated with the first B hit candidate can only increase the eff by doing an or with the normal corrected mass. But at the same time reduce rate a bit by going from 2 to 2.5 GeV in corrected mass.

To not rerun reco and mess up linking between (heavy flavour) tracks and particles, the TISTOS infrastructure is used to obtain HLT2 candidates in Sprucing and pass them on (and potential further filter).
