Process Full/Turbo/Minbias SMOG data Sprucing 24c1 and 24c2 for commissioning

This MR produces tuples with SMOG2 data include the following configurations:

('24','MagUp','-Excl-UT', '24c1' )

('24','MagDown','-Excl-UT', '24c1' )

('24','MagUp','', '24c2' )

('24','MagDown','', '24c2' )

('24','MagDown','-Excl-UT', '24c2' )

The configuration ('24','MagUp','-Excl-UT', '24c2' ) is not submitted yet because it is not yet in the bookkeeping (as indicated here https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-dpa/project/-/issues/338), will be added later.

We include also the processing of the chic tuples in the same samples.

  • Those AP can be deleted when this one finishes
