[QEE] ew_projects_run3 v1r1448p2 : MagUp DATA from Run303092

Context

As suggested by PPG, we should check the new 2024 data-set, and aiming to provide a few plots for LHCb week.

• Have you already looked at the data taken since the last major updated of the alignment on 6 August, and if you didn't can you consider doing so by the time of the LHCb week?

Our existing APs (!1448 (merged) and !1633 (merged)) are not yet looking at DATA MagUp for 24c2. Thus this AP supersedes nothing. This adds jobs starting from Run303092 for DATA MagUp 24c2. (based on https://mattermost.web.cern.ch/lhcb/pl/efcr3r1yqfd7uxnx754djdu5sa ).

All fills from 'new alignment'->Aug MD are MagUp
