2012/2016 GenTuples ONLY (MCDTT Tuples) for Lb2L1520mue (Production extends !207)

Analysis Production for Lb2L1520mue Analysis for GenTuple jobs only.

In the previous production !207 (merged), website, jira, a bug affecting a fraction of files caused the MCDTT jobs to fail.

This was due to a couple of bugs with PHOTOS photons in MCTupleToolDalitz #32 #33 that were fixed by !882.

The new version of the options file uses MCMAXTREE, MCSUMTREE, MCMINTREE to extract information about PHOTOS photons instead. Initially MIN/MAX were missing altogether as functors but also broken. Now these fixes are merged and there is a new DV release (v46r3), this update should now work.

TLDR: Production is in ADDITION to !207 (merged), providing the complementing generation level tuples.
