Tupling MC samples for 2024 data validation with pi0/eta -> e+e-gamma decays

Run3 MC corresponding to validate 2024 data, which is tuppled already with the Analysis Production in !1148 (merged) .

Previous version : !2428 (merged) Now : fixing bug with MCDecayTree descriptor, and electron sign in DTF displaced substitutions.
