These channels have the best known BFs. Same as !1307 (merged) and !1436 (merged) but now with sprucing 24c2

Hi @jianqiao @yuhaow . I don't understand why the pipeline fails. In any case not because of what's written. Any idea?

I can see that there is a problem with the summaryXML which lists one of the files as only partially processed, I can't immediately figure out why as this is an DaVinci/application detail and the application log doesn't provide any info about why this is. Perhaps try one minor version previous to see if this is a recent bug?
