takes onboard everything from !2920 (closed) up to commit 3cc5331d so leaves out everything needed for 2025
add 2 tracks multiplicity variables: tracks from the BPV and backward tracks from the BPV
removed the hlt2 LTU lines as these are buggy and useless in 2024
updated FT for Run 3
updated DaVinci and its platform
