Add initial data tuples and update Signal and Background MC for Bd2RhoKst analysis (supersedes !393)

Description

This production generates tuples for collision data for B^0 \to \rho(770)^0 K^*(892)^0 analysis. This uses the full Run 1 and Run 2 collision data for years 11-18 and both polarities.

In addition this production generates tuples for MC samples of the following event types, for years 11-18 and both polarities,

  • 11104043: B^0 \to \rho(770)^0 K^*(892)^0
  • 13104001: B_{s}^0 \to K^*(892)^0 \overline{K}^*(892)^0
  • 11104002: B^0 \to K^*(892)^0 \overline{K}^*(892)^0

This production fully supersedes that of MR !393 (merged). This production updates the selection cuts on the MC samples when building B candidates to be in line with those necessary for the data. It also updates the Signal MC from EventType 11104041 to 11104043, this is on completion of a new MC request for a new dec file which contains the amplitudes from the Run 1 LHCb analysis.
