Aim to produce run3 lb2pksh MC with noPID requirements. This MR follows the AP of Lb2Lhh MC (!3912 (merged)) which takes the centrally produced MC that has had HLT2 run on it, and resends it through sprucing to remove the PIDK cuts in the trigger line.
