Added more branches and updated mc samples for Jpsi Xsec EMTF

This production aims to add more branches and update mc samples for Jpsi Xsec early measurement.

More branches are added in data and mc samples based on https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/DaVinci/-/blob/master/DaVinciExamples/python/DaVinciExamples/tupling/AllFunctors.py and !695 (merged).

The mc samples are updated based on !712 (merged), !715 (merged) and lhcb/Rec#513.
