[RTA/DPA BW tests] New simulation for bandwidth test

To make the bandwidth tests on older simulation compatible with new hlt2 lines that rely on a new version of the particle table, a temporary fix was added to run_bandwidth_test_jobs.py. See !435 (merged) and lhcb/Moore!3533 (merged) for more details.

A similar problem with old simulation occurred for throughput tests and was fixed in !441 (merged).

These changes could be reverted, once new simulation samples (based on dddb-20240427 or newer) are available to replace the once currently used in the bandwidth tests.
