[RTADPA BW Tests] Fixes to get 'spruce_latest' and `hlt2_and_spruce' completing successfully again.

Addressing from #14 (closed):

• spruce_latest and hlt2_and_spruce muon_geometry errors
• spruce_latest input-data value
• All tests $$comparison$$ page
  • Instead, left it as $${process}__comparison$$. See: lhcb-core/LHCbPR2HD!275 (comment 7560745)
• hlt2 uploaded metadata.yaml incorrect.
• spruce_latest and hlt2_and_spruce wrong TisTos info

Requires lhcb-core/LHCbPR2HD!275 (merged).
