SLB Isolation MVA model retraining for Aug data taking

Updated the isolation MVA model reflecting the new training following the bug fix in the definition of \Delta R. This is a companion to lhcb/Moore!3654 (merged)

Only an update to the fully-inclusive training is given, the e-inclusive and \mu-inclusive models are depreciated.
