SLB: MRs targeting the AugMD Deadline

This MR is the collection of MRs belonging to the SLB WG which are aiming to be merged by the AugMD deadline on the 24th of July.

• !3678 (merged) - Fixing the previously decreased throughput when using the isolation MVA. Also fix a small bug in the calculation of deltaR in the isolation MVA
