Add new parameters for ParamKalman

This adds new parameters for the ParametrizedKalman that were tuned for the FT6x2 geometry (changed layer positions with respect to 6x1). They also include new parameters that are needed for a new version of the ParamKalman, see lhcb/Rec!1178 (merged).
