Add VPRetinaCluster RawBank to Raw_location_db (!1) · Merge requests · LHCb Data Packages / RawEventFormat · GitLab

The input_raw_format = 0.5 entry of the Raw_location_db is added to accommodate VPRetinaCluster RawBank.
This MR should be tested together with lhcb/LHCb!3310 (merged), lhcb/Allen!655 (merged), lhcb/Moore!1145 (merged), lhcb/MooreAnalysis!72 (merged) and PRConfig!211 (merged) .
