Add check 'branches_exist'

Adds a new check type branches_exist (as proposed in discussions on lhcb-datapkg/AnalysisProductions!151 (merged)). This check takes a list of branch names, and requires that they exist in the output ntuple.

Corresponding changes to LbAPLocal are in lbaplocal!30 (merged). Documentation for AP users is added in lhcb-datapkg/AnalysisProductions!164 (merged).
