fix: cmake warning configurable TAlignment missining in database

Christoph Hasse requested to merge chasse_fix_cmake_warning into master

!206 (merged) seemed to have fixed Configurable class CountingPrescaler not in database but introduced Configurable class TAlignment not in database

I can't really reproduce this new one locally, but TAligment would correspond to the confuserdb AFAIU so now trying it with this double dependency.
