Draft: Tidy up SciFi alignment sequence/conditions

  • Step 1: rebase existing changes from !308 (closed)
  • Step 2: Move the SciFi reconstruction sequence(s) to a shared location, fix 0 tracks bug
  • Step 2.5: Include latest script for alignment with data, check 0 tracks bug is fixed for this config

- Step 3: Modernize: replace unused alignment scripts (eg. AlignFTStationsLayers) with newer expected scripts (eg. AlignFTHalfLayersModules) (save for later MR, additional alignables may be desirable for DetDesc vs dd4hep testing)

To do:

  • discuss if Moore MR to add alignment flag to long track sequence is still desirable even if not strictly code necessary
