Remove the dependency on LoKi::Algo (!433) · Merge requests · LHCb / Alignment

The Pi0 class relies on LoKi::Algo that needs to be removed as part of Rec!3676 (merged) towards Rec#358.

Trying to remove Pi0.cpp. Not sure it is used by anything.
