Consolidate device converters for: Velo, Calo, FT and magnetic field
Change all remaining device geometry converters to use the common base class and condition derivations.
- Velo
- Calo Geometry
- SciFi Geometry
- magnetic field polarity
Simplify configuration of the converters as they all use the same mechanism now.
Documentation of the non-event dumpers has also been added to doc/integration
