Draft: Dump Velo Calo Geometry, and magnetic field, with dd4hep and with Dumper base class

  • Use the Dumper base class to Dump Velo Calo Geometry, and magnetic field
  • Register producer for Velo Calo Geometry, and magnetic field
  • For the Calo dumper, the GaudiException handeling is separated from the defined structure and declared after the class instantiation.

Each dumper performance has been tested separately in previous merge requests.
