Use dd4hep formalism to dump non-ecvent data for the following items:
- Use the Dumper base class to Dump Velo Calo Geometry, and magnetic field
- Register producer for Velo Calo Geometry, and magnetic field
- For the Calo dumper, the GaudiException handeling is separated from the defined structure and declared after the class instantiation.
Each dumper performance has been tested separately in previous merge requests.
The documentation of the non-event dumpers has also been joined to this MR in doc/integration
