Scripts to run and plot performance scans

Adds a set of shell scripts to run the performance scans, and a python script to plot the results.

Expects the directory "output/perfscans" to exist.

All the data paths are hardcoded here. That is not very nice, but I understand there is no easy solution for this now. So I will go ahead and merge. Currently you @gligorov are the only one running the scripts anyway...
