Beamline inclination implementation in beamlinePV

Bogdan Kutsenko requested to merge bokutsen_beam_inclination into 2024-patches

The systematical bias in reconstruction efficiency dependence from beam offset was observed in SMOG sample and presented. Following this, beamline inclination was included in TBLV, which led to a slight efficiency increase and lessened the bias in the SMOG sample. TBLV was tested on the SMOG sample for 2024 :
