Online!363 (merged) has been merged, this change is needed to follow that MR.

The Online/AllenIntegration package is currently disabled and will not be built. I think it's worth it to keep existing installations working without a rebuild of Online for now, we can enable Online/AllenIntegration when we want with a different MR.
