SciFi v6 tests

For #128 ("SciFi v6 decoding build, run over v6 data")

• New input files and geometries from Allen binary dumps created with SciFiv6 options (https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Moore/-/blob/master/Hlt/Moore/tests/options/default_input_and_conds_hlt1_FTv6.py) in Moore are available on scratch

• New jobs are added for the hlt1_pp_scifi_v6 sequence

  • Build jobs for CPU, CUDA, HIP targets
  • hlt1_pp_scifi_v6 throughput tests over SciFiv6 data + geometries
  • hlt1_pp_scifi_v6 efficiency runs for all targets
  • Publishing
