Remove obsolete detectors

Removing obsolete detectors from Analysis. See https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-dpa/project/-/issues/18.

The first commit just fixes obvious issues reported by the nightlies:

Changed:

  • Phys/FlavourTaggingChecker/src/TaggingHelpers.cpp : remove obsolete detectors
  • Phys/DecayTreeTupleTracking/src/TupleToolMCAssociatedClusters.cpp : replace old with new detectors
  • Phys/DecayTreeTupleTracking/src/TupleToolTrackTime.cpp : remove unnecessary dependency on OTDet

Loosely depends on LHCb!2804 (merged) (would likely build without it but better merged at the same time).
