Tentative implementation of lhcb-dpa/project#7 . Removal of all tupletools and DecayTreeTuple.

Requires DaVinci!554 (merged) and Castelao!110 (merged)

Goes along with LHCb!3117 (merged) and DaVinci!554 (merged) and Phys!961 (merged)
