Follow recent changes in Gaudi

This follows recent changes in Gaudi, fixing all tests.

• Follow gaudi/Gaudi!1116 (merged)
  Adapt to the workaround introduced in gaudi/Gaudi!1116 (merged) (4f05f0367897e3d5b88ebd64b95bd2dc470261a4)
• Fix case name clash (CHIC and Chic) (follow gaudi/Gaudi!577 (merged))
  gaudi/Gaudi!577 (merged) redesigned the job options management. The old case-insensitive behaviour was kept but the new implementation revealed some name collisions in the Bender examples.
• Adapt to new Gaudi monitoring (gaudi/Gaudi!1112 (merged))

Tests started failing here, here and here which corresponds to gaudi/Gaudi!577 (merged), gaudi/Gaudi!1112 (merged) and gaudi/Gaudi!1116 (merged), respectively.

This MR goes together with gaudi/Gaudi!1155 (merged) and Phys!825 (merged)
