Update references for LHCb!2914

Update references to follow LHCb!2914 (merged) using lhcb-head-2/146

It should be noted that the reference updates in the original MR !317 (merged) are technically not correct due to the issue in LHCb fixed in LHCb!2914 (merged). The simulation with the new tag, however, is not affected. (I've checked by running Boole with and without LHCb!2914 (merged) on the new samples.)
