Avoid errors from MCTrackInfo without UT

Forcing buildMCTrackInfo.WithUT to be always False, in order to prevent the error

RuntimeError: Need one of TT or UT to build MCTrackInfo or BuildMCTrackInfo:: Exception throw: get():: No valid data at 'Raw/UT/Clusters' StatusCode=FAILURE
