To be merged with Detector!368 (merged)

To fix the following issues:

  • cannot import name 'CondDB' from 'Gaudi.Configurables' error
  • MagnetSvc not avaialble, replaced with DeMagnet
  • Not finding ClusteringThresholds conditions.
