Work taken from @leuecker for 'holing' FT plus adding FTVolumeID to properly deal with sensDetID from MCHits in DD4Hep productions. TODO : FT systemID currently set to 10, what is the correct value?

  • Move TrackInfo_U2 creator at Boole step? Needs unpacking MCHits and adding/set flags for AccX detector. HasX flags has to come at Moore as TV/UP/MP MChits are used for reconstruction.
