Update of brunel-upgrade-* references to make tests green after TDR merge
This MR updates the test references following the TDR merge. It was not originally intended to be merged, just to make the tests artificially green so that we spot changes due to other forthcoming MRs. The real fix to these tests should be to revert to the tracking sequence that gives the best tracking efficiency. This is now availablr with Rec!1207 (merged) and !534 (merged).
A dedicated test should be provided for the "Fastest" sequence for Hlt1
