Checks that Brunel Upgrade sequence can reprocess from XDST to XDST
Checks also the Brunel().Histograms="Expert" option works with Upgrade detectors

TrackPacker::compareStates is finding large numbers of tracks with q/p=0
Automate configuring RawEventLocation of VPClustering (wrong default used when reading from XDST)
