Removed old PrPixelTracking algo and adapted tests

Goes along with Rec!1801 (merged) and thus depends on Rec!1714 (merged)

Note that it also disabled the floating point exceptions by default via a comment, as it is incompatible with the new VP tracking code used in replacement of PrPixelTracking.
